I plug it into the usb of my pc, I unplug, replug always on the usb port but there is plusreconue in addition to its "service" say that it is my fautebref I you board the elgato :) I have not found information about the compatibility (or not) with a Mac. Annoying since the mic is not recognized... and yet, nothing indicates otherwise in the product description. Simply gorgeous!! In line with the 3rd opus.
